I designed and hand-built a 20-page website in Eleventy, migrated it off GoDaddy and WordPress onto Cloudflare, and engineered a cinematic drone hero video plus a lead pipeline built to qualify the right projects. No CMS, no page builder. The rebuild took mobile PageSpeed from the 30s to a perfect 100 for Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO across the board.

Case StudyA property tax lookup tool covering all 215,000 parcels in New Castle County, Delaware. Built solo in about two weeks after House Bill 240 created a new split-rate school tax system that left residents with no way to know what their bill would actually be. The site launched nearly three months before official tax bills arrived. Between October and December 2025 it reached 15,100 unique visitors with 85% coming from organic search and zero paid advertising. The City of Wilmington linked to it directly from their official government website.
