Case StudyA property tax lookup tool covering all 215,000 parcels in New Castle County, Delaware. Built solo in about two weeks after House Bill 240 created a new split-rate school tax system that left residents with no way to know what their bill would actually be. The site launched nearly three months before official tax bills arrived. Between October and December 2025 it reached 15,100 unique visitors with 85% coming from organic search and zero paid advertising. The City of Wilmington linked to it directly from their official government website.

I designed and built a 10-page static website from scratch with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No WordPress, no CMS. Hosted on Cloudflare Pages, the site achieves near-perfect Google PageSpeed scores and ranks #1 on Google for 13 competitive local search terms, all without paid advertising.
